iPhone 5 To Have A Larger Front Panel [Video & Pictures]

We have got yet another news for those Apple fan boys waiting eagerly for the next generation iPhone 5. If a Japanese blog is to be believed then they got hold of a front panel which they claim is the part of the next generation iPhone. According to them the front panel of the next generation iPhone is about 10mm taller compared to iPhone 4S.

If the video below is really of the front panel of the next generation iPhone then we can easily see that the width of the front panels of both the iPhones is same while the height of the next generation iPhone is a little more than that of the iPhone 4S. Another change worth noticing is that the iPhone 4S had the front camera just beside the headphone while in the next generation iPhone the front camera is above the headset. The video below also suggests that the next generation iPhone will also come with a 4 inch display making it .5 inch larger than the iPhone 4S.

Like always there is no official word from Apple about the above video but judging that they maintained their silence is an indication that there might be some authenticity in the above video.

All the above changes are welcomed by the current iPhone 4S users. Most of them are happy because the increased screen size would mean better browsing and a better screen to work on. Judging from Apple’s habit of equipping their iPhone with the previous processor of iPad. The next generation iPhone might come with 1 GHz A5X processor of the new iPad. It is a very safe bet that the next generation Apple iPhone will come with a RAM of at least 1 GB and will support 4G LTE connectivity and if all prayers answered then Apple’s smartphone might also come with NFC.

The release date of the next generation iPhone is still in shadows but many sources say that Apple is supposed to introduce its next smartphone in the last week of October.
